The Nashville-based band COIN was originally formed in 2012 by:
- Chase Lawrence (lead vocals, synthesizers)
- Ryan Winnen (drums, percussion)
- Joe Memmel (guitars, backing vocals)
- Zachary Dyke (bass guitar)
Zachary Dyke left the band in 2018. In January 2025, COIN officially disbanded. Lead singer Chase Lawrence announced the breakup, attributing it to unspecified misconduct allegations against drummer Ryan Winnen and guitarist Joe Memmel.
